Not at all! Yoga Puppies is designed for everyone: from first-time yogis to experienced practitioners. Our classes move at a gentle, beginner-friendly pace, with plenty of opportunities to pause, smile, and enjoy the puppies. Come exactly as you are.

Absolutely. While we do practice yoga together, there's no pressure to keep up with every pose. Our classes include dedicated puppy play before and after yoga, and if you'd rather spend your time cuddling a puppy than perfecting your downward dog, that's completely okay.

Some may be, and some may not.Our puppies come from trusted breeder partners, and each breeder has their own policies regarding future homes. If a puppy captures your heart, we're happy to connect you with the breeder when appropriate. Adoption or reservation decisions are made solely by the breeder.

The puppies come from carefully selected local breeders who are committed to raising healthy, well-socialized puppies in loving environments.

Come dressed in comfortable clothes you can move in, and don't forget a water bottle.Yoga mats are provided, so all you need to bring is yourself - and maybe clothes you don't mind getting covered in a little puppy love! A few paw prints or playful nibbles on your sleeves are all part of the experience.

Yes! That's part of the fun.Our puppies are free to safely explore the room, visit participants, and play throughout portions of class under the supervision of our Puppy Wrangler. Every class is a little different because the puppies are, too!

Puppy wellbeing is our highest priority.We partner with responsible breeders and carefully structure every class to support positive socialization while ensuring the puppies have access to water, rest, and breaks whenever needed. Puppies are never forced to interact and may be removed from class at any time if they need a break.

Yes! Guests ages 8 and older are welcome.Children ages 8–15 must attend with a participating parent or legal guardian. Teens ages 16–17 may attend independently with a completed waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

The puppies' wellbeing is our highest priority.Our classes are intentionally designed around what is best for the puppies.• Puppies are closely supervised throughout the experience.• They are never forced to interact with participants.• They always have opportunities to rest whenever they choose.• Class sizes are intentionally kept small to create a calm, positive environment.If a puppy decides they'd rather nap than play, we happily let them be puppies.

Just like us, puppies have different energy levels.If a puppy becomes tired, overstimulated, or simply wants to nap, our Puppy Wrangler will make sure they have a quiet place to rest. Their comfort always comes first.

If you have allergies to dogs, pet dander, or similar allergens, we encourage you to carefully consider whether this experience is right for you. Our classes involve close interaction with puppies in an indoor environment. By participating, guests acknowledge that exposure to pet-related allergens is part of the experience.
