Booking, Cancellation & Transfer Policy

We're so excited to welcome you to class.

Each Yoga Puppies experience is intentionally kept small to create a relaxed environment for both our guests and our puppies. Because class sizes are limited and planning begins well in advance with our breeder partners and venue, we kindly ask that you review the following booking policies before reserving your spot.

Participant Cancellations

More than 72 Hours Before Class

If your plans change, you may:

• Transfer your reservation to another available Yoga Puppies class (subject to availability), or

• Transfer your reservation to another person by contacting us at least 72 hours before your scheduled class.

The new participant must complete the required booking form, waiver, and all required acknowledgments before attending.

Within 72 Hours of Class

Reservations become non-refundable and non-transferable within 72 hours of the scheduled class.

Because our classes are intentionally limited in size, last-minute cancellations are difficult to fill and directly impact our planning with our venue and breeder partners.

We appreciate your understanding.

No Shows

Participants who do not attend their scheduled class without prior notice will forfeit their reservation.

No refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued for missed classes.

If Yoga Puppies Must Cancel

The health, safety, and wellbeing of our puppies will always come first.

Although cancellations are rare, Yoga Puppies reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Puppy health or welfare concerns

• Breeder availability

• Venue issues

• Instructor illness

• Severe weather

• Safety concerns

• Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

If Yoga Puppies cancels a class, participants may choose either:

• A full refund, or

• A transfer to another available class.

Puppy Availability

Because we work with live animals, specific puppy breeds, ages, colors, or litter sizes cannot be guaranteed.

If changes are necessary to prioritize the health and wellbeing of the puppies, Yoga Puppies reserves the right to substitute a different litter or breed without prior notice.

Thank you for supporting our commitment to putting the puppies first.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled class.

To minimize disruption and create a calm environment for our puppies and guests, participants arriving more than 10 minutes after class begins may not be admitted.

Late arrivals are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Participant Transfers

Reservations may not be resold.

If you are transferring your reservation to another participant more than 72 hours before class, please contact us with the new participant's name and email address.

The new participant must complete all required registration forms and agree to the Participant Waiver before attending.

Weather

The safety of our guests, puppies, breeder partners, and instructors is our priority.

If weather conditions make travel unsafe, Yoga Puppies may postpone or cancel a class.

If Yoga Puppies cancels due to weather, participants may choose either a full refund or a transfer to another available class.
