Welcome to Yoga Puppies, a program operated by Bella Brands LLC ("Bella Brands," "Yoga Puppies," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing this website, booking a class, or participating in a Yoga Puppies experience, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this website or our services.

About Yoga Puppies

Yoga Puppies offers beginner-friendly yoga experiences that incorporate supervised interaction with puppies in a fun, welcoming environment.

All classes are operated by Bella Brands LLC.

Eligibility

Participants must be at least 8 years of age.

• Guests ages 8–15 must attend with a participating parent or legal guardian.

• Guests ages 16–17 may attend independently only after a parent or legal guardian has completed the required Participant Waiver & Assumption of Risk.

• Participants must comply with all published class policies and instructor directions.

Reservations & Payment

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and are confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed.

Class availability is limited, and a reservation is not guaranteed until payment has been received.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellations & Transfers

All bookings are subject to our separate Booking, Cancellation & Transfer Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to that policy.

Participant Waiver

Participation in Yoga Puppies requires acceptance of the Participant Waiver & Assumption of Risk.

Failure to complete the required waiver may result in denial of participation without refund.

Puppy Welfare

The health, safety, and wellbeing of our puppies are always our highest priority.

Bella Brands LLC reserves the right to modify class activities, substitute puppy litters or breeds, shorten or postpone sessions, or cancel events whenever necessary to protect the puppies or ensure the safety of guests.

Photography

Photography and video may be taken during Yoga Puppies classes.

Your preferences regarding the use of your image will be honored based on the photo consent you provide during registration.
